At the center of our personal development ministry are self-awareness, well-being, faith & belief, life purpose, power/confidence, and self-sustainability.

We provide coaching that builds your confidence in your own ability and worth through our Individualized coaching, Rising Woman, or mentoring program.

LBM aspires to support individuals to focus on themselves and figure out what they are inspired to do and become; We call this making space for your divine purpose, which we so often put on the back burner. Then, together, we map out a plan of action to get you there. We call this the "development process" of becoming equipped, established, positioned, having stable work, and, financial independence. You will be confident in your own sustainability skills.
